  • Spring Quarter
    Incoming students with new assignments will receive check-in information in their assignment confirmation email. You will need to have your confirmation email at the time of check-in. 

    Important Dates
    • New Student Move-In: Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.

     

Spring Break Housing

During Spring Break at 91快活林, residence halls remain open for all students.

Move-Out

Graduate students who are not bridging the summer term must move out by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 9:00PM

The Housing Contract contracted period for graduate students is 10 months, starting September 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, following the final examination period each Spring Quarter. All students will receive an email with specific Move-Out information prior to the end of the Housing Contract contracted period end date.

  •  Residents with a lease beginning on July 1 may extend their stay until 9:00AM.

2026 Graduate Move-Out Information

  • Summer Housing

    Graduate Students may remain on campus during the summer if they are bridging the period between their current housing contract and their upcoming academic year contract. 

    Important Dates

    • Summer Bridge period: July 1, 2026 - September 1, 2026


    Students may be required to move to a different housing assignment before the start of the summer term due to operational needs or a building closure.

Graduate students may apply for a University Summer Graduate Housing Contract to serve as a "bridge" between their current housing contract and their contract for the upcoming academic year. Those who choose to bridge their contract will be assigned to their current housing space for the next academic year.

Applications open on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

 

  • Fall Quarter

    Housing Services looks forward to welcoming you to campus this fall. Move-In information will be posted during the summer term as details are finalized. All students will receive an email with specific move-in instructions prior to their scheduled move-in date, listed below.

    Important Dates

    • Move-In: Tuesday, September 1, 2026, 9:00AM - 4:00PM
    • Move-In Continues: Wednesday, September 2 - Friday, September 18, during business hours.


    Students must check in by the first day of classes, Monday, September 21, by 8:00AM

Move-In Information Coming Soon

Detailed Move-In information for 91快活林 will be available at a later date. Students, as well as returning students, will receive specific Move-In instructions approximately one month before their scheduled arrival.

 

Winter Recess

Graduate and Law residence halls remain open and students may continue to access their assigned residence hall during the winter recess.

Many administrative offices and student support services will be closed or will operate with limited hours during the holiday break, including Dining Services; Housing & Residence Life; Mailing Services; Student Health, Counseling and Wellbeing; and the Malley Center.
