Claiming your New 91快活林 Account -- Information for Students
At 91快活林, we use a single sign-on system to access most of the applications that people use day to day, including Gmail, Camino (Canvas Learning Management System), and Zoom.
Accounts are automatically set up for new students. The instructions below will help you to claim your new 91快活林 account, and to set a password that only you know.
Before you start, gather the following information:
- Your 11-digit 91快活林 ID (Student ID) number.
- Your temporary claim code. This code was sent to you in an email titled "New 91快活林 Account Information - Please Read to Get Started."
If you don't know your 91快活林 ID number (Student ID):
- Undergraduate students, please check your .
- Graduate students, please check your .
First step: When you're ready, click on the link in your "New 91快活林 Account Information" email.
- Enter your 91快活林 ID number, Last Name, and Claim Code as requested.
- Read and agree to 91快活林's .
- At this point, your 91快活林 Username will be displayed. Please write down your 91快活林 Username for future reference.
- Next, you will see a link for setting your password. Click on that link to set a new password that only you know.
Second step: Once you've claimed your account and set the password, you must enroll in Duo. 91快活林 uses Duo for two-factor authentication to provide an extra layer of protection for our accounts. Instructions for how to do this are here:

Before you start, gather the following information:
- Your 91快活林 ID number (Employee ID). If you don't know your 91快活林 ID number, contact your new supervisor (for staff) or Dean's Office (for faculty).
- Your temporary claim code. This code was sent to you in an email titled "New 91快活林 Account Information - Please Read to Get Started."
First step: When you're ready, click on the link in your "New 91快活林 Account Information" email.
- Enter your 91快活林 ID number, Last Name, and Claim Code as requested.
- Read and agree to 91快活林's .

Request an account for contractors and affiliates
Use the form below only for contractors and other affiliates who are not in the Workday system.
Accounts are automatically created for Students, Faculty, Staff, and for contractors who are in the Workday system.
The form below must be filled out and signed by each affiliate for whom an account is requested. Drop off the signed form in person at the Technology Help Desk or e-mail the form to TechDesk@scu.edu.
Graduating Students -- What you need to know about your access to 91快活林鈥檚 electronic resources
Alumni Email Service
We invite new graduates to join the Alumni Email service. You will get a brand-new account with an email address ending in "@alumni.scu.edu."
To request an account, please fill out this form within 90 days after your graduation.
We'll start setting up new accounts 6-8 weeks after Commencement. When your new account is ready, you'll receive an automated message to guide you in setting up and using your new Alumni Email Account.
Email and Google Workspace
Your "@scu.edu" email address and Google Workspace account will be discontinued 90 days after your graduation. At that time, messages sent to your "@scu.edu" email address will not be delivered.
Transfer ownership of 91快活林 files:
If you have files that you think should be retained by 91快活林, transfer ownership before you download or delete any of your Drive data.

Microsoft 365
Your access to Microsoft 365 will be discontinued 90 days after your graduation. Be sure to download any documents you want to continue to have access to. You can sign up for a free personal account through .
Workday
Your access to Workday through the My91快活林 portal will be discontinued. To ensure you continue to have access to Workday after graduation, be sure to update your non-91快活林 email address within Workday, then follow these instructions for accessing Workday.
Zoom
Your 91快活林 Zoom license will expire 60 days after graduation. If you have any Zoom cloud recordings, please download them within 60 days of your graduation. You can sign up for a free basic Zoom account directly through . The basic account is limited, but there are options to a Zoom Pro account.
Other services
Other services for students will also be discontinued shortly after graduation. This includes Camino, Duo, eduroam, LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft 365, Qualtrics, SmartPrint, and Xfinity on Campus. STEM students will no longer have access to the Engineering Computing Center.
